You will see terminators, you will see squads jump both in AND out of combat. You will see some good grenade use (and some not).

Thanks Paranoid, good summary. Regards modding I would expect we would see something more like COH2 than DOW1 and DOW2, in that COH2 was their most recent game.

Retail version updated to 2.14 which is quite impressive to watch (i test by watching high speed ai vs ai matches). There is a bug that is of annoying intermittance that i am struggling to fix. As soon as i do i will upload an easy to use version for elite.

What Lichtbringer is pointing out is that in many games flanking gives you an extra bonus such as increased damage or negative morale effects on your target. Thanks, that was a good deal. I am not enjoying it quite as much as Endless Legend which I also picked up for $12 with all dlc in the Xmas steam sale. But it may have more play longevity. A bad start on endless legend becomes boring pretty quick; although a good start is great.

Hi

Just picking up on Tex's post about a new armour. I think "light vehicle" armour is unused. This was designed to be resist brightlances so might be an option, if a new armour was thought to be needed.

At this stage there has been so much conjecture about the fourth race that Relic must be feeling that they have to add them one in or their audience will be hugely disappointed, in a "I am taking my money elsewhere" kinda way.

To the topic, someone has noted that only pistols have fire on the move. A casualty of the RNG removal,I guess.

No RNG = no accuracy mechanic = FOTM is 100% or nil

Could be damaged modified instead of accuracy but we shall see if it makes it in game

Hi Hopefully you are still on the forum. Do you (or anyone) know how to change the paths in the mod to the folders. You have your attribute folder set to archives\elite_attrib. I am trying to test the AI and I need to add data folders but when I use Cope's toolbox they end up in the game assets fold...

I can see a lot of potential in this video. Still a bit of a confused mess but could play well.

Also, spear of khaine as the super weapon, that was a bit of a surprise and probably kills the hopes of those expecting Necrons as a fourth race.
