didn't play for some years so no idea about current balance, but I hear often nowadays that eldar T3 is weak. The spirit stone nerf was towards team games only because the heal is that strong on something like an sm ally, this change allows us to not touch the 1v1 scenario of this upgrade. Most things are getting discussed in the Discord now, you can ask me or any Dev member there why certain things happen...

Thanks to the continued efforts and support. There are some new drastic changes for a hotfix though, it would be interesting to have the thoughts behind each patch. For example -50% on spirit stones heal for teammates is huge, is there such a consensus about them being too strong in team games? Why?...

aaaaaaaaaa... (petty mode on) been saying it since the nerf happened yeaaaars ago effectively halving the D-Cannon damage against inherently moving targets such as vehicles felt like particularly reckless as far as nerfs go, and never called for at that time. well if people find it meh in 1v1, I'm not for nerfing the WW per se, any nerf to its KB should be compensated so it's more useful in 1v1, maybe just more damage, or less spread out impact.

I think a good compass when changes are discussed is immersion and consistency. One way to tone down a bit the WW is to add friendly fire knock back. It will just feel less silly, even without balance considerations. I can't think of any other knock back that doesn't to friendly fire.

I think that them doing such high damage on retreat and frankly such high splash damage in the first place with kinetic pulse is the wrong direction for them and neither are necessary. I'd remove both and either slightly reduce the cost of the pathfinder upgrade or further reduce the CD on kinetic ...

their set-up / de-setup time is being nerfed already. Removing kinetic shot damage on retreat is necessary.
