Lag in 1v1

Getting lag every few seconds in games, got my graphics on lowest and my internet is fine but can t enjoy the game with the 3 secs of delay is this just me or are ever people geting this?

No problems here. Something has to be up with your pc or connection then.

Figured as much i have a younger brother who plays starcaft 2 who says all is good guess il have to upgrade my graphics or someshit ty for responding
